Managing and overseeing the websites day to day; including the development and implementation of online content to support business needs, and ensuring all content is up to date and compliant within brand and regulatory guidelines
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Managing and maintaining the online brand
- Ensuring all web pages operate correctly
- Making enhancements to optimise customer journeys & customer experience
- Managing MyChurchdown's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
- Engaging in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Creating dynamic written, graphic & video content.
- Development of brand awareness & online reputation.
- SEO & Generation of inbound traffic.
- Testing all changes before live implementation.
